All products listed on our Platform are subject to availability, and while we strive to ensure accuracy, images and descriptions may vary slightly due to natural differences in plants. Prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Orders once placed can be cancelled before dispatch, but due to the perishable nature of plants, returns are only accepted if the product arrives damaged or unhealthy, in which case you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Refunds or replacements will be processed at our discretion. We ensure safe delivery through secure packaging, but delivery timelines may vary based on your location. You agree to use our Platform only for lawful purposes and not engage in any fraudulent or harmful activities. All content, including logos, images, and designs, is the intellectual property of ParadisePride and cannot be reproduced without permission. Your use of the Platform also signifies consent to our Privacy Policy. ParadisePride reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and continued use of the Platform will be deemed acceptance of updated Terms.
